Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before 72 hours prior to the event, the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association will refund your total order amount upon receipt of a written request to info@gpha.us within 30 days of registering for the event. No refunds will be issued for failure to notify the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association and will be charged/billed full price of the event.
