For Allied Members

Are you looking to fill rooms? Participate in GPHA's hotel program.

This is a program offered to our allied members to receive hotel discounted rates when staying at a member hotel. Each hotel will decide their own percentage of the discount rate they wish to offer to members. All discounts will be based on hotel availability.

Requirements for participation in this program are as follows:

-- All participants must be GPHA Allied Members.

-- All hotels must be members of the GPHA.

Allied members may receive discounted rates when staying at a GPHA member hotel. All discounts will be based on availability.

In order for GPHA to effectively process your reservation, your request must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. If the rate is available, you may provide the hotel with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. If the rate is not available, you may repeat the reservation request process. After a 24-hour processing period, the hotel(s) will contact you directly with the results of your request.
