Through strategic investments of public, private and foundation funds, WorkReady provides academic enrichment, career and college preparation and access to the growth economy for thousands of young people each year.

 

Scholarships

GPHA's Michael M. Boyle Scholarship Fund, managed by The Philadelphia Foundation, provides scholarships for the employees of GPHA member hotels and their family members, and high school students and college students enrolled in a hospitality/culinary management program and pursuing careers in the hospitality management. Scholarships are awarded at GPHA's Annual Scholarship & The Heart of Philadelphia Awards luncheon held in December.

 

Philagreen Hospitality Association
PGHA encourages and supports hospitality professionals to green their operations in a variety of ways, from using environmentally friendly cleaning products to obtaining LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
