Looking back on 2007, the best marketing decision API made was to join the GPHA. The many network events, award luncheons and awesome golf outing were perfect settings to interact with the very friendly Allied Members and Hotel Professionals. This past year we have completed 3 large hotel FF&E projects and already have 4 new hotel projects on the books for 08. GPHA is a fantastic Association and we are very proud to be part of such a great organization.

HOTEL DEVELOPMENT Crown Jewel for Franklintown An Intercontinental Hotel will rise amid a giant Whole Foods, Best Buy, other shops in a plan begun in the 1970s.
Bid specifications for the first construction phase of the $700 million Convention Center expansion went out last month to five prequalified bidders and their bids are due May 6.
